Windows Workstation Pro support more than 16 CPU cores

I have a PC with 20 cores (40 logical processors).  Workstation Pro 15.0.4 build-12990004 doesn't seem to offer an option for using more than 16 cores.  Is there an alternative version (license?) which will enable it?  Thank you.

I am in the same boat, but I only have 10 cores (20 logical).  One not-so-great option is to turn off hyper threading so you have 20 better logical processors (which still is probably not as good as 40 hyper threaded logical processors), and then you could get 16/20 cores of your PC into the VM.
