I can't install Windows 98 Guest, even on an Intel CPU. (I will list all specifications in the end)
After restarting with CTRL + ALT + DEL,
After millions of errors about Windows Update, It finally directs me to Windows (and after restarting again), There are more popup errors, Although I don't know if it's related to this problem.
Even more Errors!
After about 8 errors of Runonce, It ended up with a light blue background, without explorer.exe. After restarting (again.), It now only shows up with explorer.exe error (below), Making the guest COMPLETELY unusable.

Is there any solution for this? Instead of opening an installed virtual machine?
Modern CPUs are too fast for Win9x, which leads to problems like you're seeing (I see a similar Explorer crash when starting my Win98 VM that I installed years ago).
The certificate errors you're seeing are due to certificate revocation lists either not existing any more, or using protocols that aren't supported by the ancient OS.
