Windows 95 guest - "Illegal operation" when trying to install VMware Tools

Hello, I am on Windows 10 host and I recently installed Windows 95 on VMware Workstation 15.5 Pro, I wanted to add Sound drivers but however when I tried to install VMware Tools for the Drag'n'Drop to work, it showed me what is in this picture.

If you try to run VMware Tools.msi from the CD Drive, does that work or do you get the same error?
