Windows 11 Compatibility with Workstation and Player?

What is the compatibility between Workstation Pro / Player Pro and Windows 11?

I'm looking all over and not finding any mention of Windows 11 and we are already getting prompts to upgrade from Win 10 to Win 11.  We need to know if our programs are going to work before we can switch (upgrade?).

I've been running VMWare Workstation Pro on Windows 11 since it was officially released, and hadn't noticed any problems; I also have a Windows 11 VM inside Workstation (at first it was an encrypted VM, to add TPM support, but when 16.2.0 added support for TPM without encryption, I decrypted it and am now running it that way).

Did you start out with VMware 16.x and Windows 10 or did you start with VMware 15.x and Windows 10?

We are still on VMware 15.5.7 and I can find nothing that hints to compatibility.

I started with VMWare 16, since I upgraded to v16 in 2020.
