Windows 10/w Hyper-V, using Lubuntu 19.10, intermittent internet connectivity, buggy GUI Terminal windows

Using the latest 15.5.6, internet connections do work but connectivity bugs make the VM nearly unusable... I can access the internet via browsers, but initial connections to each website take 30-60 seconds to accomplish.

Update: fixed, I switched from NAT to bridged and the problem was fixed, the nat is really buggy.

2.

Accessing the terminal window in Lubuntu 19.10 also is buggy, the window bar is missing at the top, and attempts to click the bar at the top right cause the window to crash. I am using default I made a video of the event here:

Fixed: it was a problem with the launch bar, start bar launched terminal properly, recreating the shortcut fixed the issue.
