Windows 10 ISO 'Power on this virtual machine' Shows Windows Logo and Then Nothing Happens

I have a Vmware workstation pro v16 installed on a Windows 11 host. I am trying to run a Windows 10 ISO. I went to the advanced settings and turned on > firmware type to BIOS, and I also turned on disable side channel mitigations for Hyper-B enabled hosts. The 'Use ISO image file' setting is set and 'connect at power on' is turned on. When I click on the 'power on this virtual machine' - it loads the Win logo for 2 seconds and then disappears. I am trying to figure out what I am doing wrong? Please help.

It just shows this logo and then disappears.

Expect a moderator to move your thread to the area for Workstation Pro, now that I have reported it.
