While in full screen mode in VMware Workstation 10.0.1 (build 1379776) the command bar always shows up at the top of screen when dragging anything around using the touch screen interface (as soon as you drag something the bar quickly shows, then once done dragging it quickly disappears).
I have verified that this is only present in full screen. This issue does not appear to be present in exclusive view mode.
Able to reproduce on:
OS: Windows 8.1 x64
Hardware: Microsoft Surface Pro 2
