WS8: Please bring back fullscreen view with tabs!

Hello all,

WS7 had a wonderful feature: you could transition a VM into fullscreen and still have tabs at the top to switch between running VM's. WS8 lost it. Please bring it back.

Antother option, allow to turn off 'Menu bar" as well as "Toolbar" in "Customize" menu.

FYI: the feature you are missing was called "quickswitch" mode
