The dump analysis shows the crash looks to be something related to audio (please see below the partial output).
You could try disabling the audio in the VM first and see whether it prevents the crashing in order for the installation to proceed. Not the most ideal but the alternative is that it will likely continue to crash. There is also a Asus USB audio related device, maybe unplug that as well momentarily while you install the VM OS if you want to try to keep the audio device in the VM enabled.

In the configuration, it looks like 3 vCPUs were allocated. It is better to allocate an even number of vCPUs; so you might want to reduce it to 2.

I tried everything you suggested to me but the VM always crashes. Why?
Thanks
Bye
It would be better if you attach the new dumps and logs when you tried the install without the audio device. This will help to see whether the crash point is still the same or not.
On the other hand, if we assume that it is the same crash point, I would also suggest that you do NOT enable Cortana during the installation of Win10 1709 VM.
Over in the Horizon forum is a post related to problems with Windows 10 release 1709. I think the update causes more problems with VMware tools.
I'm on a brandnew Windows 10 PC (x64, version 1709, 16 GB RAM) and installed VMware Workstation Player 14 and also 12. Both don't run. They only start in background, using 25% CPU and that's it. Should we open another thread?
