WS 12.1 screen corruption when using 4K displays

I just upgraded my Windows 10 x64 PC to dual 4K monitors (which looks amazing BTW). I'm running Workstation 12.1.1 and inside my guest Windows 10 x64 Enterprise VM I get fairly frequent screen corruption. This happens in both "Windowed" mode and in Unity. For example, sometimes the Outlook toolbar becomes a mishmash of black, random graphics, and other "trash". The VM has the latest VMware tools installed, and all current Windows 10 updates. The physical GPU is a nVidia GTX 760 Ti.

Any advice? Fortunately/unfortunately I'm a vExpert so while I have a Workstation 12 key, I can't open support tickets on it.

Just as an update, as I use WS throughout the day the video corruption is nearly constant with Office 2016. It makes the VM nearly unusable. I just disabled Hardware acceleration in Office 2016, and that might have helped.
