WMware workstations focus on Ubuntu 20.04

Hello

I'm having problems using VMware Workstation 16 Pro on ubuntu 20.04.
Whenever I click inside the VM it doesn't steal focus, and whatever window/program is in front of the VM stays in front of it.
Is there any way to solve this?

I have attached a couple of photos that should give an idea of what I mean.

Hi...  Try to also move the mouse cursor after you click the mouse.  In my setup, there are 2 Win 10 guests and 1 CentOS 8 guest.  When moving to different guests, it seems necessary to click and move the mouse cursor to get focus and take control.  Not sure why -but this is what it takes in my setup.

Hi, thanks for your advice, but this does not work.  I have control over the mouse and keyboard but the window itself does not move in front of the other windows.
