WMware Workstation unrecoverable error: (mks)

I just upgraded to 16.2.3 build-19376536

I started a WIN7 guest and got the subject error. I have collected log file data but when I go to technical support, it says I don't have any products under my entitlement account. What gives? 

At least tell me how to revert to the build I was on because at least it worked.

You could upload the log here as an attachment.

You could download a previous 16.x version.

I don’t know how to interpret the log, my suggestion was so that other users who do had more information to go on…
