WMWare Tools Installation

I am attempting to install tools but get the following message in my virtual machine:

Does anyone know how I might solve this issue?

Is there a darwin.iso that can be downloaded to install the tools?

Host OS and version?

Guest OS and version?

Workstation version?

Are you trying to run a Mac VM?  If so, that is a violation of Apple's licensing and we cannot help you here as VMware could get into legal trouble.  Also, realize that the only way to enable Workstation to launch a Mac VM is to use a crack program on Workstation... so if that's what you are doing, you are basically coming to a vendor's support site and asking for help with their software, upon admitting you hacked it.
