Vmware Converter 3 - Nic problems after conversion

I have used VMWare Converter 3 to convert a Windows 2003 enterprise (64bit) system to VMware Workstation 6.5

The Network adapters do not work. How can I update the drivers. I have loaded the latest vmware tools.

The Nics appear in the unknown device list.

All 64-bit guests use the Intel E1000 virtual NIC by default. Nothing to do with VMware Tools... the drivers should already be on the Windows installation disc. Or, download them from Intel's site.
