hi,
i found out this application not able run in Standard User in Vista, when i enter the Serial Number, it prompt error, "Only System Administrator able to perform this action". I try using the Administrator account, this time it able to enter Serial Number, and i found out, this application try to Create a key in HKLM\Software\VmWare, Inc\Vmware Workstation\ . And this why failed to Run in Standard User. I have Granted FULL Access to the User for this registry key, and RE-Enter the Serial number, and i able to Entered it.
Is that any resolution to make this Run as Standard User in Vista without Granted FULL access to the User for the registy key HKLM\Software\VmWare, Inc\ ?
