VmWare Workstation 7.1.4 Linux 64Bit ESXi virtualization not supported?

Hi, I’m a newbe here, so if this question is in the wrong community, please advise me. I have problem with the installation of a esxi hypervisor in VmWare workstation for 64bit. I have the following installation.

Hardware:
Motherboard  = ASROCK X58 Extreme3
CPU   = Intel i7 960 3.2GHz
Memory  = 24GB
BIOS   = P2.60
VT-x Vanderbool = enabled

I have checked the CPU compatibility with the identification utility:

CPU Identification Utility:
Version: = Build: 160658

Reporting CPUID for 8 logical CPUs...

All CPUs are identical

The Linux show me vmx and longmode support on the CPU:

power management:

On the host I have installed following VmWare Worksation:

Version  = VMware-Workstation-Full-7.1.4-385536.x86_64.iso

I created a VM for the ESXi installation as follows:

CPU  = 2
CPU Mode = Automatic / Intel VT-x or AMD-V
Memory  = 2GB
HD SCSI  = 500GB

During the installation the ESXi I got the following message:

Hardware Virtualization Warning:
Hardware Virtualization is not a feature of the CPU, or is not enabled in the BIOS

As I running other VMs (Linux adn Windows) in 64bit mode, what is worg to install a nested ESXi in 64bit?

Workstation 7.1.4 does not virtualize the hardware virtualization features of the physical CPU.  Hence, hardware virtualization is not available on the virtual CPU.

I'm sorry, but I can't comment on unannounced features.
