VmWare Tools for Solaris 10 Update 3

I just downloaded the latest version of Solaris 10- Update 3 for VmWare Workstation. However, there are no clear instructions on how to run the tools and get the desired desktop resolution change. There are a few threads on the same topic out there , but were confusing for a layman like me.

Does anyone know of crisp 'steps' to install vmwaretools ( or any other method) to change the SunSolaris 10-Update 3 resolution?

User Manual-->Installing VMware Tools for Linux Guests? I think I followed those steps. Or, look through the Guest OS Installation Guide.

Thanks Kevin - But the same post is in our Forum too. I could not get it running even then. I have tried all methods, believe me ( Installing VmWare tools, configuring XSun - & finally the xorg file too)

I guess I am just too dumb!

The same place as the User Manual. Help>User Manual, or Help>Guest Installation Guide.
