so after my Vista cashed/ Blue screened a few times on me. See, http://communities.vmware.com//thread/206625?tstart=0 I decided hey let me reinstall vista with a different ISO (or three as I became increasingly frustrated), without a applying SP1.
Vista Ultimate x86 checked build, Blue screens 4/5th through the installation.
Vista x86 Enterprise == The installation was Canceled. Windows cannot access the required file C:\$Windows.~LS\Sources\b2f48fdc-960f-476e-b1a9-2aeac74f3507\Install.swm. Make sure all files required for installation are available, and restart the installation. Error code0x80070490.
Sigh. Has anyone gotten Vista to work 100% correctly in a VM environment?
