Vista VM self-suspends

Everytime I check my VM, it is in a suspended state. I restart it, next time I check it is suspended again. I am running Workstation 6.0.5 build 1094888 on host Server 2003 Enterprise SP2. Any ideas?

You do what? Have you changed your guest OS power saving parameters? Make sure you have chosen "Always ON" as your power scheme and System StandBy is set to "Never".

(It is configured in Start -> Control Panel -> Display -> ScreenSaver -> Power

I didn't know until today that the VM suspend was associated with the system powering itself into hibernation...I got schooled big time...thanks!
