Hi to All,
I have a problem with VMware Workstation 15 Pro on my pc.
My pc is a HP Elite Tower, with Windows 11 Pro, Intel® Core™ i7 12700, 32 GB RAM, 1 TB SSD, NVIDIA® Quadro® T400 (2 GB)
I create a new virtual machine, but when I power on the v.m. i recive the error message "Failed to start the virtual machine"
can someone help me?
I have attached the log file of the virtual machine, in the hope that it will help to understand why the v.m. doesn't want start
Thanks for the support, but finally i found the solution, on my operating system (Windows 11 pro) I had to disable virtualization-based Security.
I followed this guide and now everything seems to work fine.
Please consider upgrading to the latest VMware Workstation version.

Thanks for the reply,
I can't update the v.m. because I need my v.m. is compatible with ESXi 6.0
Updating WS does not require updating the VMs' compatibility.
