hmmm, just a reminder, after enabling VNC in Workstation, you should connect to host IP via VNC viewer. Also, please check whether firewall is blocking it.
If still having the problem, can you please post your host os, workstation version, and upload the UI and VM logs(you can get the log location from the dialog via clicking Help->About Workstation), thanks.
