VMware workstation unrecoverable error: (host 6004) or (host 7662)

I had a computer operating in windows XP in the factory and I want to copy that operating system to a computer in my office.

-I already have a ghost file of the computer in the factory.

-I create the iso file containing the ghost file using DLC boot and Ultraiso

-Then I create a virtual machine using that iso file but there is a problem, that is: " VMware workstation unrecoverable error (host-6004)"  or " VMware workstation unrecoverable error (host-7662)" or " VMware workstation unrecoverable error (host-2568)".... bla bla.

Does anyone know how to solve this problem? Please help me.

Thank you!

Hi,

Delete any .lck / .vmss files in your VM's folder and try again.

OK.

Your error says "A log file is available in ...."

Maybe attach that log file to a reply?
