VMware workstation Pro 16.1.2 not responding

Hi,
I am running VMWARE Workstation Pro 16.1.2 build-17966106 on a Windows Server 2016 standard host with 32 GB RAM (16GB for host).
The guest VM is Ubuntu Linux 20.0.4 with 16 GB RAM.
We have noticed that the VMware workstation stops responding some times. When I click on the VMware Workstations menu tab, it freezes with " not responding" and the guest will show blank screen.
While checking the Task manager process, CPU and RAM utilisation on the host shows 5% to 10%.
I will be forced to restart the host to bring the VM back again.
Kindly help me to resolve this issue.

VMTN has an area for Workstation Pro - this isn’t it. A moderator should be along to move your thread.
