VMware workstation 9 cross-ower connection between 2 workstations

The question is how can i create cross-overs network connection between 2 workstation running in vmware workstation 9 .

as i woud like to test network deploiment tool

Can't you use a Lan Segment for this?

Both VMs should also be able to see each other on a NAT network.

Or were you talking about a serial connection and not a ethernet connection?

hi,im trying to use  deploiment software and install OS from one virtual PC to another using network PXE-based remote boot network card . and connection is  using internet cable but  must be cross-ower . so it will pics up and obtains IP to start session . so straight trou cable should not be used . or it shoud  work on straight trou connection and on boot PXE shoud grab IP ?
