VMware workstation 17 virtual machine not powering on after host crashed

I was using my virtual machines then my computer froze which forced me to restart my host computer then when I rebooted to reopen the virtual machines it tells me that they are failing to power on, this is happening for each of my virtual machines(i have 4)

I have tried deleting the lck files, repairing VMware, reinstalling VMware, cloning the virtual machines but they say that the virtual machines need repairs I'm running out of ideas and google isn't really helping.

my specs are

i9 13900k cpu

rtx 3080 gpu

128gb of ram

2tb samsung nvme 990 ssd

please help im really not trying to reinstall a new virtual machine since they have important stuff on them.

The "needs repair" is not a good sign, as it usually means that the virtual disks' metadata is corrupted.

To find out about that, please extract the attached -zip archive into a new folder, then drag&drop one of the affected VMs' folder onto the .cmd file. This will extract the metadata from the .vmdk files, and store it in Metadata* files. Once done, compress/zip these Metadata* files, and attach the .zip archive to your next reply.

If you want, do this for all 4 VMs, but note that I can't promise you anything.
