VMware workstation 15 Pro doesn't reconnect USB devices automatically after reboot

Hi everybody,

Since I updated my VMware workstation from 14 to 15  I need to reconnect my USB devices after every reboot

Does some one knows a solution to solve this?

Or is this a new feature/ bug of VMware 15?
