VMware version mismatch with vmmon module

I am trying to run a Windows 10 ISO in VMWare (version 16, I am running Arch Linux), but I have two problems.

1. When I am trying to start the VM I created (Windows 10 Pro) I get the following error

Version mismatch with vmmon module: expecting 410.0, got 416.0.
You have an incorrect version of the 'vmmon' kernel module.
Try reinstalling VMware Workstation.

I have followed the exact instructions as on the Arch Wiki to install vmware. Furthermore,

2. I am not able to start the

vmware-networks.service

in systemd. This is the output of journalctl:

vmnetBridge[14583]: Bridge process created.
vmnetBridge[14583]: RTM_NEWLINK: name:wlan0 index:3 flags:0x00011043
vmnetBridge[14583]: Adding interface wlan0 index:3

vmware-networks[14563]: Started Bridge networking on vmnet0
systemd[1]: vmware-networks.service: Control process exited, code=exited, status=1/FAILURE

I tried looking up the VMnet driver version error online, to no avail.
Help is greatly appreciated.
