Shutdown restart is no problem

Can't even BEGIN) (caps intentional) to address your concern without knowing

1)  Host you are running VMware on (WS 9 I think)

2)  Have any guestsbeen tried?  IF so what configuration-info?

Never heard of  "Chinese" patch (what is it for if it exists).

Screenshot means nothing - just VMware beginning to power  on a guest.

I do understand there "may"  be a translation issue
