VMware Workstation on WINDOWS 2008 SERVER SP1

Hi,

I am trying to install VM Workstation 8 on a fresh clean install dev server based on Windows 2008 server SP1...

At almost end of the install it says a package installation error and it roll back every thing!

I tried the same with Workstation 7 and gor the same kind of error...

So I can not install worksation for evaluation!

Hi,

Try right clicking the setup file and selecting 'run as administrator'.
