VMware Workstation crashing

Hi,

Can someone help me figure out why my VM workstation is crashing. It just started doing this and I'm hoping someone can interpret the log and tells me how to resolve. The actual error message is the last thing on the attached VMware.log.

Thanks,

Uncheck "Accelerate 3D Graphics" from VM settings >> display settings in "Win7 - Production VM". And then try to power it on.

The following line from your attached log looks interesting.  I wonder if your F: drive is starting to fail?  Check the Event Log on your Windows Host to see if it reports any problems with your F: drive.
