You can use 2 NIC as bridge mode or NAT.

1. as always disable automatic bridging
2. assign vmnet0 to NIC1
3. assign vmnet2 to NIC2

4. remove all protocols other than vmware-bridge from NIC2
5. assign vmnet2 to your VM

Welcome to the forums!

How do you want to use them?

You can add two virtual NIC's to the guest and assign them in different ways. You can bridge both (if you have two physical NICs) or you can use one bridged and one NAT or host-only or....

Please describe what you want to achieve.

thank's before your answer, for 2 NIC : I think, if use 1 NIC for Host & guest, physicaly speed will be split for host and guest ??

that may make a difference with 100Mbit nics - you will not notice that on 1GBit nics I think
