VMware Workstation Pro 14: Windows 10 crashing when starting any VM

Please, can you help me with this?

I've try to run a few VM in my new laptop with VMware Workstation Pro 14, but when i try to start any VM, the system crash to blue screen reportind a system_service_exception error.

In my actual laptop, I try with VMware Workstation Player 16 and run any VM perfectly.

VMware Workstation Pro 14 work well in my old laptop with Windows 10 Pro 1903 (18362.1256) and less resources (Core i5, 16GB)

What could be the problem?
