Our developer analyzed the dump file and support bundle, here's his suggestion:
After analyzed the dump file, I think WSAStartup fails more likely.
Because from the uploading system logs, we can see below items.
"The start type of the Windows 套接字 2.0 Non-IFS 服务提供程序支持环境 service was changed from 已禁用 to 系统启动."
A service was installed in the system.
Service Name: vSockets Virtual Machine Communication Interface Sockets driver
Service File Name: \SystemRoot\system32\DRIVERS\vsock.sys
Service Type: 内核模式驱动程序
Service Start Type: 系统启动
Service Account:

Besides, please disable "updates on startup" option and have a try, because I found below log.

How to disable "update on startup" option
If you can start Workstation UI,
1. Click Workstation menu "Edit" > "Preferences..."
2. Select "Updates" tab
3. Uncheck "Check for product updates on startup" option
4. Click "OK" on the Preferences dialog to save the settings
If you cannot start Workstation UI, please add below line to %APPDATA%\VMware\preferences.ini
pref.autoSoftwareUpdatePermission = "deny"
