I currently have Workstation 9.0.3 and want to update to 9.0.4.
The update starts and shows an empty gray install dialog box and CPU usage on task goes to 0.
I have tried these tasks.
- Left update on overnight with no outcome.
- Disabled Symantec Endpoint Protection, same result
- Downloaded full install, same empty gray install dialog box with no result
Any suggestions would certainly help.
