VMware Workstation 7 to WMware Workstation 8?

Actually i have 8 VM on VMware Workstation 7 and i want to know if this machines can be migrate to VMware Workstation 8....

The process is uninstall and then install or i need to do aditional process..?

The VM's themselves do not need to be migrated, although you may consider to update VMware Tools and the virtual hardware - after updating VMware Workstation - to be able to use the new features. Before updating VMware Workstation, make sure the VM's are cleanly powered off (not suspended)!

Btw. VMware Workstation requires 64-bit hardware to run (see https://www.vmware.com/support/ws80/doc/releasenotes_workstation_80.html#Installation_Requirements)
