On my machines, it takes up to 10 seconds for the VMware Workstation program window to appear when I'm launching VMware Workstation from the Windows Task Bar.
It looks like it's related to the intel graphic driver:

I'm using an Nvidia RTX 3050 and no Intel graphic.
