VMware Workstation 15 hangs randomly since update to 15.5.6

Hi Team,

I getting something similar since updating to 15.5.6 and Windows 10 build 2004, Workstation when VMs running, UI hangs randomly. Suspending VMs can also hang. I'm not running the hypverV guard feature, running as I was before, but now 15.5.6, it hangs, requiring a restart. Thoughts?

Hi dude64 -- Can you start a separate thread describing your problem and attach the log file mentioned in the UI error message?  (feel free to include a link to this thread if you want to)

Agreed with scissor, I have moved your topic to a new thread.

Please also attach as much info as possible, like the vmware.log files from your VM, host info details.

Similar in this case is not likely to be the same to be honest as a hanging or slow VM is pretty different from a crash.
