VMware Workstation 14 player : INTERNAL ERROR! Help needed

Hi all, i already uninstalled and installed many time and i still can't open the VM file. I tried the solution on internet such as change name, services and others. I also tried to installed it on another laptop and still same error appear.

Problem solved. The file directory is too long and the system can't detect. Do a short file directory.
