VMware Workstation 14_cannot open VM because BIOS/Firmware

Installed VMware Workstation 14 and created the VM for window 7. Tried to open it to install window. However, could not open because the error showing with BIOS/Firmware....

My laptop is Lenovo Yoga 920

I went to BIOS and enabled the "Intel Virtual Technology". Then, I could start the VM and setup window 7

However, after I installed the window 7, also installed VM tools. The font size so so...small. Very hard to see

My lenovo yoga 920 resolution is 3840 x 2160.

Do we have any way to make font size in VM bigger? I tried to change the resolution with 1920 x 1080. But it made hole screen smaller and whenever I minimize and maximize the window. the VM screen turned back to default (so small)

You may adjust Win7 VM DPI via system Screen resolution -> Make text or other items larger or smaller.
