VMware Workstation 10.0.2 VM Hung at powering on

Hello,

I have an issue on VMWare Workstation 10.0.2 when one of my VM's is stuck at powering on. and if you try to do anything to it you get a Another Task is trying to complete message. I have tried to use the vmrun command to stop or reset the VM to no avail. I have 25 VM's running on this box that other users are RDP into the vm's. I would not prefer to reboot the host. The host is running windows 8.1 and has 96GB of RAM and is only using 50 GB of it and it has 3 1TB SSD Samsung 850pro drives for VMware storage. Normally How I would fix this issue is delete the .lck folders reboot the host and the machine starts up fine. I am trying to avoid rebooting the host since I do have active users remotely logged on to the VM's hosted on It.

I know on ESXi you can SSH into it and kill a individual machine that has locked up, but I have not seen anything like that in VMware Workstation.

Any help would be appericated.
