VMware Tools issues in CentOS 7

See attached, what can I do?

I tried remove open-vm-tools and install it again without any difference.

I'm using Workstation 12.1.1 and open-vm-tools 9.10.2-5.el7_2.x86_64

I think you can delete open-vm-tools via following

rpm -e open-vm-tools-desktop

rpm -e open-vm-tools

and install VMware Tools via VM->Install VMware Tools.
