Good evening! VMware Tools fails to install on Windows 7 Home Basic 32x, but it fails to install VSock and Memory Control drivers. I tried to install Vmware driver certificate, but it didn't help. How do i fix this problem?

With VMware Tools 11.1.x and newer, Windows 7 VMs need to have support for SHA-2 signatures. https://docs.vmware.com/en/VMware-Tools/11.1/rn/VMware-Tools-1110-Release-Notes.html#beforeyoubegin

Otherwise, try installing an earlier version such as 11.0.6 https://packages.vmware.com/tools/releases/11.0.6/windows/
