VMware Store upgrade purchase is not applying the 20th Anniversary Sale 20% discount

The VMware Store upgrade purchase is not applying the 20th Anniversary Sale 20% discount - how do I fix this?

I have Workstation Pro v14 and wan to upgrade to v15.

I have tried three different browsers. I have logged in, and selected my previous activation key within my account for the upgrade.

What is the relevant Coupon Code to apply?

For issues in the store, they have this procedure which will hopefully work, let us know:

    You can also receive web support by logging into My VMware.
  • Log on to My VMware Portal
  • Click ‘Get Support’ under the Support tab
  • Under ‘Product Licensing or Account’ select Product Category ‘Other’’ and click ‘Continue Support Request’ and the Support Request will be created

Alternatively, Please contact us from the local phone number displayed on the Contact uspage and option ‘#0” they will help direct your call.
