Hello 
So I am running Ubuntu 18.04 on VMware Workstation v. 16.1.0 build-17198959 and setup a VMnet as NAT with settings shown in the attached screenshots.
After creating the VMnet and assigning it to the Ubuntu VM I can Ping it and access the web-server hosted on it with no problem.
However after this route/connection is dropped and I can no longer access the VM (no ping & no http). When checking via NetRouteView to troubleshoot there are no noticeable changes. (screenshot attached)
In order to setup up a working connection again, I would need to switch the VM to another VMnet, delete the original VMnet 1 (NAT), recreate it and reassign it to the VM again.
I was wondering whether any of you encountered similar issues with this version?
