VMware Network Adapter VMnet1/8 Screwed my Live Messenger Video Call

With VMWare Workstation installed, I found VMware Network Adapter VMnet1 and VMware Network Adapter VMnet8 network adapters are also installed, but with these 2 adapters it just screwed my Live Messenger (both 2009 and 2011 versions, on both Vista and Win7) video call.

After I disabled these 2 adapters, restarted machine my video cal works again.

Any other solution?
