VMware 14.1.3 build-9474260 - Fedora Core 28 - Kernel 4.17.12-200.fc28.x86_64+debug - Linux Host Crashes for Unknown Reason

I have a Intel , 8 processor Host, with 32 GB RAM that crashers without any apparent reason other than using VMware 14.1 .

The system will crash within a few minutes after trying to install a new guest or simply run an existing VM image.

Not sure if it is related to CPU which I believe is from the 2011 timeframe. I do not see any cores or other evidence to what is causing the failure.

Give it few days for a solution before downgrading back to WS 12.5 .

It is starting to look like my ole Linux Shuttle SH67H3 is having issues.  I'll test on another unit with the same disks and get back to this post.
