VMs will not open after upgrading to version 15

Hi, I recently upgraded my VMware from Player version 7 to Workstation version 15.5.6 build-16341506 and now when I try to open any of my virtual machines, they will not power on. Please see attached picture of the error. I am using an HP Elitebook with Windows 10 version 1909. Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

And did you reboot as per the message? Any errors during the v15 installation? Tried uninstalling and reinstalling?
