VMs get stuck without error message

I'm using WMware Workstation 16 Pro.

My VMs would suddenly get stuck while I'm using it. And there is no error message. The process of WMware Workstation Pro is still responding. Everything is fine but the any operation to the VMs. The VMs are not crashed.

This firstly happened from 3 days ago, but it always happens since then.

 

Is there anyone having this issue before?
