VMWare kernel driver issue since upgrading to latest version(4.X)

the following image appears when i try to load my slackware VM and other VMs it produced the following error:

any advice would be appreciated, i did not have issues with the slackware VM upon upgrading and didn't make the second VM until i upgraded.

Hi theemor,

VirtualBox is not a VMware product, so instead of asking for help in the VMware Communities, you should probably head over to the VirtualBox forums and ask your question there.

I know little about VirtualBox, but I can offer some generic troubleshooting advice: Reboot the host machine, remove and reinstall VirtualBox, check that your host antivirus/antimalware software isn't interfering.  If none of these get it working, include the information about what you've tried when you post over in the VirtualBox forums.
