VMWare Workstation is not opening virtual machines

Hello,

I have tried everything, fixing permits and services, granted access and everything else I could find related with the problem.

I can't start neither a newly made machine, nor the existing one. It is making machines with 2,56 MB in size, but when I try to start them - I only get 2 warnings. You'll find included details in pics included, as well there is a log file. Can someone explain what could be the reason for this?
